Stop! Don’t search how to invest in real estate with no money and bad credit (Financial education)

If you’ve stepped into the realm of entrepreneurship and investing, you’ve definitely heard that the rich park some of their money into real estate.

In fact, people have made their entire wealth in only real estate, or that real estate is one of the best investments in the world, due to all its benefits.

Once you hear all the cool features and benefits you get from real estate you tell yourself, “Wow I’m going to get a property too, and get some sweet passive income, but there’s one problem you don’t have enough money lying around to buy a property.

Also, you know you would have to work in your dead-end job for ages just to save up enough money.

Can you guess how many deals you would be missing every day?

In your desperation to be financially free, you search up “How to start investing in real estate with little money”, and to your surprise, you see an entire niche that is tailored to solving this problem.

You start to educate yourself and get happier and happier thinking to yourself there is still hope, but occasionally, you see videos titled.

“No money down property deals are nothing more than marketing hype”.

 Or

“Why no money down deals don’t exist”.

You feel torn apart one side says, this then, the others side says the complete opposite, who do you trust?

I know how you feel, so I made this blog post to deliver the answer I wish I had, so let’s get started.

Why did I put this quote here? Because the answer to your question goes a lot deeper than face value, yes you can invest in property with no money down, but is this a decision you should be making?

The answer is don’t.

You’re approaching it the wrong way, you’re hoping to buy a property and get rich, let’s say you buy a property, and you use a tonne of leverage, and you’re just breaking even.

After all the expenses you get a little amount of cashback, how does that impact your life, how is that going to make you financially free?

I’m not trying to tell you not to invest in real estate, since I love it, and it’s a great tool, but before you jump in you need to have a solid base.

This is your ability to generate income, if you can’t generate income my question to you is what happens if you can’t find a tenant? How are you going to pay for the mortgage? What if the sink breaks?

You need to have income coming in, this means you would have stability, so you never have to fear.

Unfortunately, you may have to go back to your rubbish life for a little longer and put some money aside to save up for a deal, also don’t worry if it’s a small deal you learn from it.

However, this Is why you’re going to need more money, so you can find bigger deals, because let’s face it, that little one unit isn’t going to shift your life.

You need something else that produces income, maybe it’s a skill or business, before you put money into real estate.

In closing

You don’t need a lot of money to start in real estate, but you need some money, the last thing you want is to be in an even nastier position than you are in now.

I understand you want to get out of the hole you are in, but becoming financially free takes time, so I recommend you investigate before you invest.

Make sure you know your business and learn the game, for example, knowing the market, how to negotiate deals, and budgeting finances, if you don’t know these things then you’re not yet qualified to be an investor.

It’s fine if you not ready yet, everyone has to start somewhere, at least you saved yourself time and energy from tripping over mistakes.
